Missing In Action!
Sorry to have gone missing after my last entry! It was a combination of work issues, having my Dad and step mum stay for 5 weeks and spending time with them and then coming down with a cough and cold...
As you may have guessed I have done b*gger all on the training front apart from sit in front of the telly stuffing chocolate... oh wait, that's not really training is it!?!
I have now made a tentitive start on the road back to fitness by actually going for a walk Sunday! And what a nice day it was... I think I mentioned that my compact camera had decided to die on me, so Dad and step mum kindly bought me a replacement as a thank you for putting them up- so I thought a gentle stroll would give me chance to have a little play!
I walked across the fields to Cotgrave and back along the canal- around 7-8 miles, and surprisingly enough wasn't too tired afterwards although it was certainly warm!
