Still Feeling Awful
Still feeling really rough, typical as I'm on leave from work! I walked to the next town and back (about 4 miles) but can't face doing anything more except for watching telly and overdosing on chocolate and coffee.
I really really hope it's not going to go to my chest, as my colds always seem to do; I have a horrible feeling it is though, as I've been coughing a bit and my chest feels a little tight, always a bad sign.

I have entered myself for a 10k on the 31st as well, I may have to scratch which will be £9 wasted- not a lot, but £9 is £9!!
