Enjoying 2013 so far...
The 12.5 mile walk I did New Year's Day (The Big Track) saw the New Year in nicely, and since then I have;
- Walked to work and back Thursday (3 miles) and then a slow, pitiful, lumbering, sweaty and blowy 3 mile run in the evening
- Ran with a colleague after work Friday- only 2.4 miles but it all counts and it was nice to have the company
- Been to the gym Sunday, worked hard on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes then did a 6 mile walk from the gym (the Stoke Bardolph & Netherfield Lagoons route I used to too when I lived in Netherfield) with a couple of shuffles thrown in as a bonus
- Tonight I am going to go out for a 5 mile walk/ shuffle
