Enjoying 2013 so far...

It's been quite a good year so far! As I didn't do much at all in December last year training wise (shame!!) I have decided to build back up quite slowly for the sake of my knee which currently has some excess poundage to bear...

The 12.5 mile walk I did New Year's Day (The Big Track) saw the New Year in nicely, and since then I have;
On the minus side I still have quite a lot of chocolates/ biccies in the house which keep screeching my name...
